Rectification requirements: The project leader shall immediately organize personnel to carry out deep cleaning of the duty room and bathroom, and simultaneously develop a standardized process of "daily cleaning+weekly disinfection", clarify the cleaning area, steps, and responsible persons, establish an inspection ledger, ensure the comprehensive elimination of hygiene blind spots, and achieve normal environmental hygiene standards.
Inspection found that the monitoring room had broken window glass and dust accumulation in the switch box, exposing a lag in facility maintenance. At the same time, it is confirmed that the fire control duty personnel are proficient in operating fire equipment, and the fire control room records are standardized, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
Rectification requirements: It is required to complete the replacement of damaged glass, clean the dust and spider webs in the switch box before June 11th, and establish a monthly inspection ledger for facilities. Through regular inspections, hidden dangers can be discovered and eliminated in a timely manner, promoting the transformation of facility management from passive maintenance to active maintenance, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment.

Inspection findings: During the inspection, it was found that there were prominent loopholes in the 5S management of the duty room, with serious dust accumulation in the corners of the ground and walls, and the indiscriminate stacking of miscellaneous items such as cardboard boxes and old documents, forming hygiene blind spots; At the same time, some on duty personnel are lax in their attire, with issues such as not wearing hats and not buttoning their shirt pockets, which greatly damages the professional image of their positions.
Rectification requirements: The inspection team shall order rectification on site. The responsible department needs to conduct 5S and dress code training, implement "daily inspection+random sampling", and ensure standardized management.

Inspection found that the surface area of the bathroom washbasin appliances was significantly covered in dust, and the front steps of the office were overgrown with weeds, exposing blind spots in cleaning and maintenance.
Rectification measures: Order the responsible department to immediately clean up the weeds on the steps and include them in the daily inspection checklist; Implement a "daily wiping and daily recording" system for washbasin appliances and establish a special cleaning ledger. Ensure the long-term implementation of environmental sanitation improvement.
● Central Era Garden Project
During the inspection, it was found that there were piles of miscellaneous items and uncleaned garbage on the desktop of the East Gate duty room, and the placement of items was chaotic; There is a phenomenon of not wearing hats at the gate, and the image management is lax; The dormitory is littered with cigarette butts, cluttered with items, and has a strong odor.
Rectification requirements: For the duty room, immediately clean up excess items, standardize zoning and placement, and strictly implement 5S standards; The gatekeeper issue will be strengthened by the team leader's inspection, and any non-compliance with dress code will be rectified on the spot; Dormitories need to establish a hygiene duty system, clarify responsible persons, and plan the placement of items uniformly. The subsequent inspection team will "look back" and those who fail to rectify will be dealt with according to regulations.
